During this supafast class you'll get to grips with Figma as a UI tool and learn the fundamentals to easily design interfaces. Throughout the class, you'll become familiar with Figma's toolbars, panels, and canvas to build a better workflow as a UI Designer. As an introduction to Figma as a UI tool, you'll learn how to organise pages within the page tab, and work with frames within the canvas to create nested layers.
Having understood pages and layers, you will dive into the assets tab in Figma and learn how components are organised from a page perspective. With the left panel of Figma mastered, you will switch attention to the design, prototype, and inspect panel to understand how design properties are used to shape our interfaces. Within this panel, you will also learn how easy Figma makes designing for various devices by setting device types, while learning how to communicate our designs with developers using CSS.
