The goal of this class is to help you identify the value of having confidence in your practice and recognising how you can continually build confidence with daily celebrations and communication.
To begin the class you'll learn about the different types of confidence and how we can lean into each through our day and week to help us. From here you'll identify your strengths and weaknesses by conducting a confidence audit. With a confidence audit complete, you can begin to build upon your technical and human confidence with daily confidence celebrations.
