The Role
Sense is seeking an experienced User Experience Lead to own the design strategy and execution for recruitment automation products, including conversational chatbots, interview scheduling, workflow automation, and generative AI solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive end-to-end product design, influence product strategy, establish UX standards, and advocate for users throughout the product development process.
Responsibilities
Lead UX design across chatbot, recruitment automation, scheduling, and AI-powered products.
Own the full product design lifecycle from discovery through implementation and optimisation.
Define user experience principles and scalable design patterns.
Create journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Shape the long-term product and design vision.
Champion design thinking throughout the organisation.
Facilitate workshops, customer conversations, and strategic discussions.
Improve design operations and contribute to a strong design culture.
Support user research, brand initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
6–8 years of product design experience.
At least 2 years leading design for complex B2B products.
Strong experience with UX architecture and customer journey mapping.
Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
Experience conducting and applying user research.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles across web and mobile.
Experience working in agile product teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Compensation
Base salary range: $175,000–$210,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for stock options. Final compensation will depend on location, experience, and expertise.
