Product Designer
Lovable
Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with plain English. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people already use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products quickly. With over 2 million users across 200+ countries, we’re driving a foundational shift in how software is created. This is a rare opportunity to change the way the world works.
We’re a small, talent-dense team based in Stockholm, building a generation-defining company. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We’re looking for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.
The Role
As a Product Designer at Lovable, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, working closely with engineering and shaping the way our product feels and functions. Your goal will be to make Lovable the most lovable piece of software ever created. You’ll craft detailed user flows and high-fidelity mockups, own design projects from conception to delivery, and, ideally, use AI tools to help implement your designs. Alongside building new features, you’ll roll up your sleeves to create any design assets needed, establish scalable design processes, and champion impactful improvements that make a difference for our users.
This role requires strong command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles. You should bring a portfolio that showcases product work loved by users and produced in high-velocity teams. We’re looking for someone who excels at simplifying complex user journeys, prototyping with clear visual communication, and working fluently with design systems and technical implementations. A background in designing AI products or shipping to production—perhaps with the help of AI—is a bonus.
What We’re Looking For
We want to work with designers who thrive in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments and who have a proven ability to ship quickly and learn even faster. You’ll need to be scrappy, hands-on, and motivated to set the bar for design quality at Lovable while helping to define how design works in our culture.
How We Hire
Our process starts with a short form and an initial exploratory call. From there, we’ll ask you to share a presentation of your best work in a short take-home Loom video. Candidates who move forward will join us for interviews to discuss their experience in more depth, followed by a one- to two-day trial project, either on-site or remote, where you’ll meet the team and see how we work.
Please note that applications must be submitted in English, which is our company language.
