The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Assets Team in London. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system.

Our goal is money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives.

Right now is a genuinely exciting time to join — as we work to build more transparent, convenient ways to pay and get paid across borders.

Your Mission

You’ll join a growing team that’s expanding how customers can use their Wise Account.

You’ll help solve how people can earn a return on their international money and contribute to launching this product in new markets.

You’ll be designing simple, easy-to-use experiences for a complex financial product — one that serves over 16 million people around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll build deep empathy for Wise customers and understand their needs from the inside out.

You’ll use the full range of product design skills to discover, design, and deliver experiences that are clear, simple, and beautifully crafted.

You’ll help raise the bar within your team — increasing customer focus, creativity, and design quality.

About You

You have a portfolio of thoughtful, high-impact work that solves real problems for real people.

You use prototypes to present and evolve your work — from low-fidelity to high.

You’re a collaborative designer who works openly and brings others along for the journey.

You know that good design is a process. You’re comfortable testing early ideas and iterating to reach the best solution.

You care about visual quality and brand expression — and your design craft reflects it.

You have experience designing for web across both desktop and mobile.

You’re confident using design systems to create scalable and beautiful products.

You work with evidence — using data, research, and testing to support your design decisions.
