Senior Product Designer

As our Product Designer, you’ll be pivotal in shaping how users experience Workwize. You’ll collaborate closely with a Product Manager to discover and define great product solutions, leveraging user-centric design, data-driven insights, and a relentless focus on delivering value. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of IT managers worldwide—transforming complex workflows into intuitive, frictionless experiences.

What will you do?

• Partner with product managers, developers, external stakeholders and other members of the design team to define user problems
  
  

• Facilitate research to identify design problems and discover new opportunities through conducting UX research initiatives

• Lead feature discovery and design, take end-to-end ownership of the discovery and design process, from concept to implementing designs that make impact.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to create user-first solutions.

• Work in a cross-functional team alongside a product manager, developers, stakeholders, and other team members to create seamless workflows.

• Maintain and evolve design system to ensure scalability and consistency.

• Tackle intricate workflows and application use cases to meet customer needs for an innovative SaaS product which doesn’t exist yet.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working as a Product Designer (or similar role), ideally in fast paced SaaS companies, working alongside developers and product managers

• A deep understanding of building scalable design solutions that are inherently accessible

• Experience working in a collaborative and lean/agile environment (startup, product, agency, studio)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using Figma; building design systems

• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale to peers and stakeholders, while always addressing technical feasibility and business goals

• Design purposeful solutions that are relentlessly focused on solving real user problems

• Help to establish, promote and support human-centred design principles, best practises and accessibility standards. Contribute to our ever-growing design system and visual design language

• Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers to help us continue to foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment
