UX/UI Designer

Within our Fan Technology Solutions team, we build digital products and services that help create better experiences for supporters across the Club. Our work brings product, design, research and development together so ideas can move quickly from concept to delivery with the fan experience at the centre.

The Role

As UX/UI Designer within Fan Technology Solutions, you will shape the digital experiences that supporters use across Manchester City's fan-facing products and services. You will turn product goals into clear, development-ready design solutions that are engaging, accessible and consistent.

Working closely with product managers, developers, researchers and other designers, you will create user flows, prototypes and detailed design documentation that help teams move from early ideas to polished delivery. You will use fan feedback, performance insight and design thinking to refine journeys and improve the overall digital experience.

You will also help develop and maintain shared design patterns and contribute to a strong design system that supports current and future products. In doing so, you will build trusted relationships across the business and help champion thoughtful, fan-centred design.

What You'll Bring

⚽ Experience creating development-ready, responsive UX and UI designs for digital products.

⚽ Ability to develop user flows, prototypes and clear design documentation that support delivery.

⚽ A good understanding of accessible design principles and how to apply them in practice.

⚽ Confident use of Figma to shape, test and present design ideas.

⚽ Clear and effective communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across product, technical and research teams.

⚽ Ability to use fan feedback, user testing and performance insight to improve products and solve design challenges.
