Why We Curated a Free UI Inspiration Library

Zander Whitehurst
In product design, learning from the best should be accessible to everyone. There’s a growing trend of charging for UI inspiration, design patterns, and product flows. And while we understand the need for creators to monetize their work, we simply don’t believe you should have to pay to learn from great design.
That’s why we’ve curated a free UI inspiration library with full Figma flows included. No gates. No hidden fees. Just open access to help designers and teams build better products with real Figma files organised into each flow.
We’ve Reviewed Most Resources — and They’re Aggressively Gated
When we set out to build this library, we took the time to review most of the major UI inspiration resources available today. What we found was disappointing. Almost all of them are aggressively gated. You’re asked to pay upfront, create an account, or share your personal information just to see a few screenshots. That’s right — most of these platforms aren’t offering complete flows or practical files. They’re simply showing static screens, out of context, with no real learning attached.
We didn’t think that was good enough. We believe that if you’re genuinely trying to help designers grow, you shouldn’t be charging just to look at screenshots. That’s why our UI library is different. We’re not here to tease you with pretty images behind a sign-up wall. We’re giving you the full Figma flows, fully open, with real product journeys you can explore.
Access to Great UI Patterns Shouldn’t Be Locked Away
While we offer paid bootcamps and courses to help designers actively upskill, we believe that access to great UI patterns should be open. You shouldn’t have to pay to see how the best teams solve real product challenges. You shouldn’t be blocked from studying great UI flows simply because they’ve been locked behind aggressive paywalls.
We’ve made this library free because we want to lower the barrier to exploration.
We want designers to have quick, easy access to practical UI flows they can study, reference, and build upon.
Real Flows, Real Files, Real Learning
What sets our UI inspiration library apart is that it’s hands-on and practical. We’re not just showing you a single screen; we’re giving you the full journey. You can open the Figma files, explore the layers, and see exactly how the patterns connect.
These aren’t just pretty screens — they solve real UX challenges. From onboarding to checkout to empty states, you’ll find examples you can apply directly to your work. And we’re not stopping here. We’re actively curating more flows from the best teams, so the library stays fresh and relevant.
We want you to not just admire great UI — we want you to study it, learn from it, and build upon it.
Why We’re Doing This
We’re doing this because we care about the community.
Design can feel overwhelming when you’re starting out. It’s easy to get stuck, to overthink, or to feel like you’re constantly behind. Sometimes, all you need is a nudge in the right direction. Sometimes, all you need is to see how someone else solved a similar problem. If this library helps just one designer find their spark or ship a better product, that’s enough for us.
We’re Building a More Open Design Culture
At the heart of this project is a belief that the best way to grow our craft is to share it. Not to gatekeep it. Not to lock it away. We want to contribute to a design culture that’s open, generous, and built on helping each other move forward. So, whether you’re a new designer, an experienced product builder, or someone looking to refresh your UI muscle — this library is for you.
Explore it. Duplicate the flows. Study the decisions. Make them better. And if you find it helpful? Share it with someone else who’s learning. That’s how we all grow.
