Associate Product Designer

AlphaSights is hiring an Associate Product Designer to join its London-based technology organisation, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience within a fast-growing SaaS environment. The role focuses on driving user-centred design across internal technology platforms that support client project delivery and knowledge workflows.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define end-to-end user experiences across multiple products. You’ll gather and analyse user feedback to identify needs and sources of value, then translate insights into sketches, wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide development and enable rapid iteration. You’ll also present ideas to both technical and commercial stakeholders, advocate for strong UX practices, and contribute to the growth of AlphaSights’ design culture and systems.

This role is suited to an early-career designer with at least one year of professional product design experience and strong potential to grow within a complex SaaS environment. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Whimsical, Jira, and Notion is expected, alongside analytical thinking, strong organisation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
