Product Designer

lyphic is hiring their first Product Designer to own design end-to-end at an AI-native startup building the system of record for customer understanding. You'll work directly with the product lead, founders, engineering, sales, and customers — shaping how modern B2B teams work with AI.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond UI polish. You'll define problems, run experiments, ship product, and use modern AI prototyping tools and production UI code (Cursor, Claude Code) as part of your everyday workflow. Experience with design systems and B2B tools is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in ambiguity, confident communicating with users, and excited about building at the intersection of design and AI at an early-stage startup.
