Product Designer

Arista Networks is hiring a Product Designer to join its CloudVision (CVP) team, working remotely across select European countries. Arista is a leader in data-driven, client-to-cloud networking, delivering advanced cloud, AI, and software-defined networking solutions for enterprise and data-center environments.

In this role, you’ll design experiences that redefine how complex computer networks are deployed, managed, and monitored. You’ll identify high-impact business problems, translate requirements into intuitive user experiences, and apply strong systems thinking to improve scalability and workflow efficiency across enterprise-grade products.

You’ll conduct user research and data analysis to understand behaviour and value drivers, turning abstract concepts into elegant design solutions expressed through sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Working closely with product management and engineering, you’ll help define strategy, deliver production-ready designs, evaluate performance, and iterate to improve outcomes. You’ll also contribute to evolving design practices and strengthening the organisation’s overall design maturity.

This role suits an experienced designer with 5+ years in enterprise environments, strong research and interaction design capability, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence navigating ambiguity while balancing multiple priorities. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and ownership of design quality are essential.
