Associate Product Designer

As a Product Designer at AlphaSights, you’ll drive product-led technology innovation within a rapidly scaling tech organisation. Working in a disruptive, fast-growing industry, you’ll solve complex problems and create intuitive user experiences with product managers and engineers across development pods.

We place huge emphasis on user-centric design. Your role will be to turn complex needs into simple, easy-to-use interfaces that enable our internal users to execute client projects efficiently and access the knowledge they need.

What You’ll Do

Define end-to-end user experiences in collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers, and turn that vision into reality.

Collect user feedback to identify and prioritise user needs and problems within your product area.

Lead design projects through the development lifecycle, producing sketches, wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Communicate and present ideas clearly to both technology and commercial stakeholders.

Champion user experience across the organisation, advocating for design best practices and helping build our design culture and systems.

Who You Are

You have at least 1 year of product design experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality experiences in a SaaS product.

You are highly driven and proactive, pushing through hurdles and driving practical innovation.

You are passionate about product design and up to date with best UI, UX, and product practices.

You are skilled with tools such as Figma, Whimsical, Jira, and Notion.

You are an intuitive and analytical thinker who enjoys tackling ambiguous design problems.

You have excellent organisational, time, and communication skills, and can gain support for your ideas across teams.

You are experienced working with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, product managers, and analysts.
