Senior Product Designer

B12 is hiring a Senior Product Designer to support its growing remote Product team. B12 builds an AI-powered website platform used by more than a million businesses, combining website creation with tools for scheduling, payments, and email marketing to help people do meaningful work online.

In this role, you’ll tackle complex, cross-team design challenges and take ownership of end-to-end product experiences—from discovery and research through to implementation and quality assurance. You’ll design new product experiences, contribute to the design system, collaborate closely with engineers during delivery, and help define the overall product direction alongside Product leadership.

You’ll identify user needs through qualitative and quantitative insights, create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes, and experiment with emerging design tools, including AI-powered workflows. The role suits an experienced independent contributor who is detail-oriented, data-informed, confident in Figma, and comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales in a fast-growing remote environment.
