Senior Designer

Chainstack

Chainstack is looking for an experienced Senior Designer to lead the visual direction of its product, marketing, and brand. This role sits at the intersection of product UX, design systems, and brand storytelling within a fast-moving Web3 infrastructure company used by developers and enterprises worldwide.

As Senior Designer, you’ll own end-to-end design across Chainstack’s ecosystem, from complex product dashboards and control panels to the marketing website, campaigns, and brand assets. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to take ideas from early exploration through launch, iteration, and optimisation.

On the product side, you’ll design user experiences for highly technical control panels and dashboards, defining interaction rules, system states, error handling, and performance-aware UI patterns. You’ll conduct research, design flows and wireframes, build interactive prototypes, and deliver high-fidelity interfaces that balance clarity with power for advanced users.

You’ll also lead brand and marketing design, shaping and maintaining the brand system while ensuring consistent execution across the website, landing pages, campaign assets, presentations, and event materials. This role requires a strong eye for visual identity as well as the ability to translate brand into scalable systems.

A core responsibility is ownership of the design system. You’ll evolve tokens, components, responsive patterns, Figma libraries, documentation, and versioning, ensuring the system is usable by engineers and supports fast, consistent delivery across teams. You’ll work closely with engineering to QA implementation quality, resolve tradeoffs, and ensure visual and interaction fidelity in production.

Design at Chainstack is data-informed. You’ll help define success metrics such as activation, task completion time, conversion, and error rates, running experiments and iterating based on analytics and user behaviour.

This role suits a designer with five or more years of experience designing SaaS or customer-facing web products, with proven ownership across both product UX and marketing design. Strong experience with complex dashboards, information architecture, micro-interactions, and error states is essential, as is deep expertise in Figma and design systems. Frontend literacy and comfort working in highly technical environments are important, along with clear communication and excellent English.

Chainstack offers a fully remote setup, competitive USD salary, stock options, a flat and low-bureaucracy structure, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work at the forefront of Web3 infrastructure alongside a diverse, global team.
