Product Designer

Deel is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the experience across its global HR and payroll platform, used by teams in over 150 countries. In this role, you’ll work across multiple surfaces within the platform — from employee-facing tools to employer dashboards and administrative workflows. You’ll translate complex, global requirements into clear, elegant interfaces, identifying user pain points and designing solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers while fully owning each stage of your work, from early ideas through final delivery and post-release refinement.

A large part of the role includes documenting logic, updating acceptance criteria, and presenting design rationale clearly to stakeholders. You’ll contribute to the Deel design system by creating and maintaining components within Figma, ensuring consistency across products and helping evolve the system as the platform expands.

Deel is looking for designers with 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end product design across web and mobile apps. You should bring strong UX and UI skills, familiarity with design systems, confidence working autonomously, and the ability to iterate rapidly in a fast-moving environment. Experience collaborating throughout a full development lifecycle and thriving with minimal oversight is key.
