Senior Product Designer

Deel is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of global payroll, HR, and compliance infrastructure for distributed teams. Deel’s platform combines HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management into a unified AI-powered system used by organisations operating across more than 150 countries.

In this role, you’ll own the full product design lifecycle, from analysing customer and business problems through ideation, solution design, testing, release, and post-launch iteration. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver elegant, scalable solutions across multiple surfaces, including employee and employer portals and customer support admin tools. You’ll also contribute to and evolve Deel’s design system while presenting and articulating design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

The position requires at least five years of end-to-end product design experience across web and mobile, strong B2B SaaS expertise, and deep capability across both UX and UI design. Deel is looking for designers who thrive in fast-paced environments, learn quickly, embed closely within development teams, and balance strategic thinking with rapid execution.
