Senior Product Designer

Ethyca is building Fides, an operating system for Data Privacy and AI Governance designed to create trust in data-driven enterprise. Their tools support some of the world’s most critical institutions, powering privacy and safety systems for millions of users. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work end-to-end across complex enterprise workflows, taking ambiguous problem spaces and turning them into clear, efficient, and trustworthy interfaces. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires comfort designing for high-stakes, data-heavy environments where clarity, accuracy, and scalability matter.

You’ll own the full design process, from discovery to delivery. That includes working closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to align on goals, shaping user insights into concepts, and turning those concepts into polished, accessible designs ready for implementation. You’ll create and evolve scalable design systems, run user research and testing, and iterate quickly based on feedback. The work is deeply collaborative and relies on strong communication, thoughtful craft, and an ability to advocate for design in a technical, enterprise-focused setting.

You should bring experience designing complex digital products, a portfolio that shows strong UX and UI work, and the ability to balance business goals with user needs. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, familiarity with accessibility standards, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams are essential. The role suits someone confident in both strategy and detailed execution, with a track record of designing intuitive systems in ambiguous spaces.
