Senior UX/UI Designer

Exoticca is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to design and optimise user experiences for its B2B travel platforms, supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-value, long-distance travel experiences at global scale. This role focuses on creating intuitive, visually strong, and technically robust interfaces while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business.

You’ll lead user research and usability testing across B2B environments, using interviews, analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to inform continuous design iteration. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, improving usability and accessibility in line with WCAG standards, and working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation through design systems, specifications, and scalable UI components.

The role requires at least three years of UX/UI experience, including two years focused on B2B platforms such as dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and multi-step workflows. Strong expertise in user-centred design, research translation, agile collaboration, and familiarity with front-end technologies is expected, alongside proven experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
