Junior UX Designer

Fleetworthy is hiring a Junior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, accessible, and user-centred experiences across its AI-enabled fleet readiness technology platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate complex operational workflows into clear user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support safer, more efficient fleet operations. You will contribute throughout the full design lifecycle, from early research and ideation to usability testing, iteration, and final implementation, while advocating for user needs and ensuring measurable design outcomes.

Working within a small, fast-moving, and collaborative product team, you will take ownership of design tasks within specific product areas, iterate rapidly on multiple solutions, and help improve existing experiences alongside designing new ones. The role also involves contributing to user research, maintaining interface specifications, and supporting the evolution of design systems and usability practices across the organisation.

Fleetworthy is looking for candidates with at least two years of UX or related experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking, proficiency in wireframing and prototyping, and familiarity with usability testing, Agile environments, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience contributing to design systems, working with developers on implementation, and applying research-driven insights is considered advantageous.
