Product Designer
FREENOW
FREENOW is looking for a Product Designer to support the evolution of its B2B mobility products. The role focuses on creating seamless experiences for business travellers and travel managers across both web tools and the rider app. You’ll join a multinational, collaborative environment built around curiosity, user-centred thinking, and a high standard of craft.
In this position, you’ll work across the full design process from discovery to delivery, contributing UX expertise during exploration and turning complex requirements into cohesive, user-friendly solutions. You’ll take ownership of your domain, operate with a high level of autonomy, and help shape UX strategy and culture across the organisation. Collaboration is central to the role, working closely with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineering partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and impact.
This role requires comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions, with a consistent focus on accessibility, inclusion, and understanding the ride-hailing industry. You’ll also participate in research initiatives, contribute to design critiques, and support a strong feedback culture built on openness and continuous improvement.
FREENOW is looking for candidates with around three years of experience in product design in fast-paced environments. You’ll need experience designing for web, iOS, and Android, working with design systems, and presenting your work clearly to both peers and leadership. Curiosity, adaptability, and clear communication are essential as you help guide product direction and refine multi-platform experiences.
The company offers flexible working arrangements, learning resources, mobility credit, health insurance, sabbatical policies, and additional local benefits depending on location. FREENOW is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encourages applicants from all backgrounds.
