Senior Product Designer

Jigsaw is hiring a Senior Product Designer in London to help shape an AI-powered B2B platform used by professional services and financial institutions to organise, visualise, and act on complex data. Positioned as a creative, workflow-driven tool for regulated industries, Jigsaw combines elements of visual design software with enterprise-grade compliance and integrations.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end product design across research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. You’ll design AI-driven workflows such as generative visuals, smart suggestions, and data summarisation, while crafting seamless integrations with external systems including CRM, practice management, and document platforms. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams, you’ll identify impactful opportunities, prototype solutions, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

You’ll champion usability, accessibility, and inclusive design across complex, compliance-heavy workflows, while extending and scaling the design system to support AI-rich features and cross-product consistency. The role also involves continuous measurement and refinement through qualitative research, quantitative insights, and experimentation.

This position suits a designer with 5+ years of B2B or SaaS product design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-enhanced features or integrations, and deep proficiency in tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro. Experience designing for regulated domains like legal or financial services, alongside strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills, is highly valued.
