Junior Product Designer

Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues through deep fan insight. They work with global clients like the Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, NFL, Nike, and Amazon—helping them understand and influence fan behaviour across digital channels, content, events, and more. With nearly 1,000 people across 14 offices, Two Circles delivers impactful work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.

They’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join their tech team and help shape innovative, fan-focused digital products. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, curiosity, and a passion for designing world-class digital experiences for millions of fans.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll contribute across the entire design process—from early ideation and UX thinking to prototyping and pixel-perfect UI design. You’ll support the delivery of high-profile client work, collaborating closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers.

You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the broader business by championing design, participating in workshops, and helping shape proposals and pitches. This is a hands-on role that comes with plenty of support, mentorship, and room for growth.

You’ll build wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that deliver clear UX and strong brand expression. You’ll conduct research, use tools like Usertesting and Google Analytics, and turn findings into intuitive designs that work across web and mobile.

You’ll work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth handovers, provide visual and UX design assets, and help maintain and evolve design systems across products.

What They’re Looking For

They’re after designers with a strong visual eye, a user-first mindset, and a solid grasp of the full product design process. You should be comfortable working in Figma and understand basic UX principles and responsive design.

Some experience with tools like Protopie or Principle is useful, and familiarity with iOS and Android platforms is a plus. They're also looking for someone who’s open to feedback, keen to grow, and confident communicating ideas with team members and clients alike.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with motion design or advanced prototyping
Past agency or client-facing experience
Experience shaping digital brand identities
Familiarity with CMS platforms
A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
