Meet the Job
In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing specific user journeys and features within our product ecosystem. Working as part of a squad, you'll prepare designs for development, contribute to implementation, and help maintain design standards that shape great user experiences.
You’ll support more senior UX Designers in your team, gaining real-world experience while learning from the best. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your understanding of how research and documentation fit into the product design process.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing specific journeys, features, or sub-features.
Improving existing features to enhance quality and satisfaction.
Supporting senior designers within your team or value stream.
Delivering implementable UX designs in coordination with developers.
Contributing to design documentation.
Observing UX research to deepen your understanding of users.
How About You
You're eager to grow, proactive, and passionate about applying your design skills to real user problems. You’ve built a solid theoretical foundation and are now looking for the right team and environment to put it into practice.
You have:
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
A good grasp of UX/UI or Interaction Design, with some hands-on experience.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Ideally, exposure to HTML/CSS or user research.
Bonus if you’ve worked in Financial Services or have insight into the industry.
A background in Interactive Design, UI Component Design, or User Experience.
This is a hybrid role, with 40% of your time expected in-office in Amsterdam.
