The Role
You’ll be part of a close-knit Design team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, leadership, and marketing to shape experiences that genuinely make a difference.
Your work will help define the future of our platform and elevate the experience for every user who interacts with it.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to own features, bring your ideas to life, and see your designs shipped into a product used by leading publishers around the world.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of features and follow them through from idea to final implementation.
You’ll help embed design thinking across the entire product process, championing simplicity and usability.
You’ll explore ideas through user journeys, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
You’ll turn complex workflows into elegant, high-fidelity designs that feel intuitive.
You’ll advocate for our users by translating insights into thoughtful solutions.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve got at least one of the following: two years in a UX-related role, a design degree, or a recognised UX certification.
Your portfolio demonstrates your process, thinking, and a solid sense of craft.
You’re confident in visual design and UX, curious about emerging tools, and familiar with Figma and design systems.
You’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating clearly across teams.
You’re interested in AI and excited about how new technologies shape the way we work.
Bonus Points
You’re comfortable with user research and confident giving and receiving feedback.
You’ve used Adobe Creative Suite and may have experience working with AI workflows.
A background in publishing or news media is a big plus.
