About the Role

As a Junior UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for industry-specific software. You’ll assist with research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, with the goal of enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for features and updates.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform iterations.
Contribute to refining existing designs and user flows.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.
Portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Familiarity with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

Master’s degree.
Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries.
Background in HCI or related field.
Experience with user research methods.
