Junior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

Identify user needs and business objectives to guide design decisions.

Create low-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to visualize concepts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate.

Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure product consistency.

Requirements

Intermediate proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Strong written and spoken English.

Bonus Points

Beginner proficiency in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, or Prototype Development.

Interest or experience in accessible and inclusive design.

Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or ADS.
