The Role
As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you’ll support senior designers, researchers, and product teams in shaping experiences for teachers and students. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to design projects, research efforts, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product designers, researchers, and PMs to understand user needs.
Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high/low-fidelity UI.
Support research efforts by preparing prototypes and joining testing sessions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and objectives.
Work with developers to ensure user-friendly solutions.
Maintain and review UI components in the design system.
About You
Up to 2 years of UX/UI design or related experience.
Portfolio showing design thinking and user-centered solutions.
Proficiency in Figma and understanding of responsive design.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and UX research.
Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
Bonus
Background in a design bootcamp, certification, or related degree.
