Product Designer
LemFi
LemFi is hiring a Product Designer to help shape the financial ecosystem used by millions of immigrants worldwide. The company builds multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial tools for the global diaspora, currently processing over $1.5B in monthly transactions across more than 30 countries.
The design team takes a holistic, customer-first approach, focusing on simplicity, clarity, and solving real needs for people navigating complex financial systems. In this role, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, from early discovery to polished delivery, working across iOS, Android, and web.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing partners to define problems, set measurable outcomes, and turn research insights into thoughtful solutions. Responsibilities include running user interviews and guerrilla testing, creating flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and partnering with engineering on implementation. You’ll review performance after launch, gather learnings, and iterate to improve the experience.
LemFi is looking for a designer who is customer-centric, strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. You should have experience designing complex commercial applications, strong UX foundations, and a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work. Proficiency in Figma, a clean visual design sense, and awareness of technical constraints are essential.
The company is mission-driven, focused on reducing financial barriers for immigrants and helping families keep more of their money. Joining LemFi means contributing to work with immediate, real-world impact. The culture values customer focus, data-driven decisions, ownership, and grit. The team is global and diverse, and the company encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, even if they don’t meet every listed requirement.
