Senior Product Designer, AI

Manychat is hiring a Senior Product Designer focused on AI to help shape the future of conversational automation used by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide. In this role, you will work across the full AI product development lifecycle, from research and concept exploration through to production-ready experiences, designing intuitive and intelligent interfaces that empower creators to build and manage AI-driven automations across channels like Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and TikTok.

You will act as a key design voice within cross-functional teams, advocating for strong human-centred AI experiences, documenting design rationale, and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and data stakeholders. Success in the role involves demonstrating deep expertise in conversational UX, generative AI interaction design, and scalable AI workflows, while balancing user needs with measurable business impact. You will also take ownership of end-to-end design within defined AI problem spaces, contribute to evolving design systems, and influence strategic product direction through research-driven insights and clear communication.

Manychat is looking for a senior-level designer with at least five years of experience designing AI products or conversational interfaces, strong Figma and prototyping skills, and the ability to design complex AI behaviours such as prompts, conversation flows, and adaptive interfaces. Additional strengths in AI prototyping, prompt engineering, mobile conversational UX, and front-end awareness are considered beneficial.
