Senior Product Designer
Miro
Miro is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the License Management team, working on high-scale systems that shape how millions of users access, pay for, and adopt the product. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, monetisation, and growth, designing the foundational flows that influence acquisition, seat activation, and revenue expansion. You’ll be responsible for crafting experiments and journeys that help Free and Guest users convert to paid plans, while improving adoption and engagement across enterprise accounts.
This is a deeply cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and designers across the organisation. You’ll move from hypothesis to experiments to validated solutions, using user insights and quantitative data to guide decisions. You’ll design with a strong understanding of SaaS growth mechanics — acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetisation — ensuring all design choices balance customer needs with business goals. You’ll also collaborate with the design system team to maintain consistency across core surfaces.
The ideal candidate brings experience designing high-impact growth features in B2B SaaS environments and is comfortable working in data-led, experiment-heavy product teams. You should be confident not only in UX craft and prototyping, but also in interpreting research, picking apart problems, articulating rationale, and influencing decisions. Proficiency in Figma is key, alongside familiarity with analytics tools and a willingness to explore AI-assisted workflows for validation and prototyping. Experience with enterprise software adds extra value.
Miro offers a globally diverse team environment, a strong design culture, and benefits including competitive equity, wellbeing support, office lunches, equipment allowances, and funding for learning and development. The company emphasises humility, collaboration, and ambitious thinking, aiming to empower teams everywhere to create their best work. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys complex systems, experimentation, and contributing to a product used at global scale.
