Product Designer I

Mollie is hiring a Product Designer I to help design and improve products within its Dashboard and App experience, supporting the company’s mission to make payments and money management effortless for businesses across Europe. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you will explore opportunities, launch new financial products, and refine existing experiences that help small and medium-sized businesses manage and grow their operations more easily.

The role spans the full product design process, from research and strategic thinking through to interaction and visual design. You will prototype and validate ideas through experimentation and data-driven insights, contribute to the evolution of the design system to improve quality and delivery speed, and collaborate with stakeholders using strong storytelling and communication skills. Success in this position means creating intuitive, elegant financial management experiences while elevating overall product design quality.

Mollie is looking for a designer who can simplify complex problems into clear solutions, demonstrate strong interaction and visual craft, collaborate effectively across teams, and take ownership of their work. Experience with user research, prototyping, and validation is important, along with the initiative to challenge assumptions and drive meaningful change. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this role.
