Product Designer

Nooks is hiring a Product Designer to join its San Francisco team as the company enters a period of rapid growth. Nooks builds an AI Sales Assistant Platform that automates repetitive sales work so teams can focus on relationship-driven selling, powering significant pipeline generation for customers such as HubSpot and Rippling.

In this role, you’ll work directly with founders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design AI-powered SaaS experiences across core product surfaces including AI Dialer, AI Coaching, AI Studio, and SEP. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, from early concepts and research through to high-fidelity execution, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI, conduct user research and usability testing, and iterate quickly based on feedback and product goals. You’ll also help develop and maintain the design system while advocating for strong user-centred design principles across a fast-moving startup environment.

This role suits a designer with 2+ years of experience crafting high-quality consumer or SaaS products, strong visual and interaction design skills, and the ability to work autonomously across multiple projects. Experience designing AI-powered or SaaS platforms is beneficial, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.
