Product Design Lead

Omnea is hiring a Product Design Lead to help shape the future of enterprise procurement through its AI-native platform. In this leadership role, you will own design direction across major product areas while remaining hands-on in execution. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional leadership to define problems, guide roadmap priorities, and ensure high-quality UX and UI standards across the product. The role also includes elevating design culture, mentoring designers, and evolving scalable design systems and patterns that support product growth.
