Product Designer

Arbor Education is seeking a Product Designer to join its growing design team, working remotely from the UK. You’ll partner with product and engineering teams to define user problems, generate hypotheses, and iterate towards impactful design solutions that simplify complex workflows in the education sector.

The role involves conducting and analysing qualitative and quantitative user research, translating insights into effective UX/UI designs, and creating wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity mockups. You’ll contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system, communicate design decisions to stakeholders, and help ensure a cohesive, accessible experience across products. The position emphasises collaboration in agile environments, a proactive approach to learning, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences that support schools and educators.
