Product Designer
a small studio
We’re not here to play the volume game. At a small studio, we build meaningful brands and products that cut through the noise — not add to it. We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s curious about what’s next, fascinated with the balance of form and function, and ready to join us in subverting the ordinary.
If you believe design should make people feel something — and you’re excited by how AI can enhance craft rather than replace it — you might just be one of us.
Why a small studio?
We’re intentionally small, but our work has reached unicorns and other mythical creatures valued in the millions. Here, your craft will be nurtured, your ideas valued, and your wellbeing respected. This is a place where you’ll grow — without losing your peace.
Your Role: Design with intention, collaborate without ego
You’ll work closely with our Art Director and creative team to:
Design intuitive, purposeful user experiences that go beyond the pixels.
Translate complex ideas into clear, innovative systems with personality.
Blend brand, UX, and interaction design into work that feels coherent and alive.
Contribute to both client projects and internal tools and frameworks.
Explore emerging tools like AI and generative design to enhance authenticity.
Prototype quickly without sacrificing the soul of the work.
What You’ll Bring
A portfolio that proves you can design digital experiences that stand out and stand for something.
Fluency in Figma (it’s our love language).
Radical transparency and a love for collaboration.
A sharp instinct for quality and clarity.
Curiosity about the future, with a sense of childlike wonder.
A balance of strategy and aesthetics.
Ability to work remotely with at least 4 hours of overlap in Pacific Time.
Strong written and spoken English.
A genuine love for the craft — not the clout.
Compensation
