Product Designer
Airtable
Airtable is a leading no-code platform used by more than 500,000 organizations — including 80% of the Fortune 100 — to power and accelerate critical business processes. The company is heavily investing in its mobile ecosystem, aiming to build next-generation, AI-native experiences that support complex workflows on the go.
The Role
Airtable is looking for a Product Designer focused on mobile to shape the long-term vision and UX of its mobile apps. You’ll drive the full design process — from discovery to delivery — and play a central role in evolving Airtable’s mobile frameworks, interaction patterns, and AI-powered capabilities. This is a strategic, high-impact role designing the next generation of mobile experiences across platforms.
What You’ll Do
You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers to define the mobile product direction and raise the quality bar. You’ll lead the creation of Airtable’s mobile design standards, design Omni for mobile, and develop AI-native interaction frameworks tailored to mobile constraints and strengths. You’ll deliver high-fidelity design work, prototype new ideas, validate concepts quickly, and drive mobile growth through thoughtful UX decisions.
About You
You bring 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, with a portfolio showcasing polished end-to-end work and strong mobile expertise. You’re fluent in Figma and AI-enhanced design tools, comfortable with mobile platform nuances, and experienced in prototyping, motion, and clear communication of concepts. You have familiarity with frontend principles, enjoy “vibe coding,” and have a high bar for craft and detail.
Compensation
For SF Bay Area, Seattle, NYC & LA: $216,000–$305,900 USD
For all other US locations (including remote): $194,000–$275,500 USD
Compensation includes salary, RSUs, and potentially incentive components. Benefits, perks, and more are available under Life at Airtable.
Why Airtable
You’ll shape the future of Airtable’s mobile strategy at a pivotal moment where AI, mobility, and structured data intersect. The role offers high ownership, complex challenges, and the opportunity to influence frameworks used by hundreds of thousands of organizations. Airtable embraces diversity, ensures equitable hiring practices, and supports reasonable accommodations throughout the application process.
