The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong visual instincts, a polished aesthetic sense, and the ability to turn complex ideas into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. You’ll join our global UX Design team and work across multiple product lines, shaping features, evolving our design system, and helping us stay ahead in the digital asset management space. This is a hands-on role where you’ll transform concepts into delightful journeys and high-fidelity prototypes backed by insight and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

You’ll collaborate within a cross-functional squad—partnering with product managers, UX researchers, developers, and users to deliver exceptional design solutions that enhance both usability and business value. You’ll engage with clients and internal teams to ensure every UX output is high-quality and aligned with our design system. You’ll benchmark components and competitors to inform design choices and contribute to evolving our system. You’ll lead co-creation workshops, sketching sessions, and discovery work to establish clear design directions. You’ll create user journeys, prototypes, wireframes, and final UI designs with high attention to detail, collaborating closely with engineering through implementation. You’ll support UX strategy efforts, helping to shape where our product should go next.

What You’ll Bring

You have at least three years of experience delivering UX/Product Design work in an agile environment. You have hands-on experience across the full design process, from problem framing to polished prototypes. You use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and validate approaches. You’re curious about emerging technologies—especially AI and machine learning—and how they can elevate both design craftsmanship and product experiences. You have strong user empathy and enjoy solving complex problems through clear, structured design. You understand information architecture, interaction patterns, and design systems. Your communication skills help you explain your process and rationale clearly to both teammates and clients. You build strong relationships, handle feedback well, and think in systems, breaking down complexity into reusable components and MVPs.

What You’ll Get

A role in a design-led, international organisation where your work has real impact. Room to shape a fast-growing tech product and influence future direction. Access to the latest tools, Apple equipment, industry learning resources, and a well-established design system. Unlimited vacation policy and hybrid working with a central Barcelona office. Free in-office lunch and drinks. Travel support, including visits to our teams in the Netherlands. A collaborative, friendly environment that prioritises well-being and work-life balance.
