Your Mission

Glovo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the UX team. You’ll collaborate with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering to drive user-centered solutions.

You’ll help shape the user experience and visual language of the app and website, turning goals and requirements into intuitive interfaces. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure consistency, innovation, and the effective use of Glovo’s Design System.

The Journey

Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to plan and deliver impactful user experiences.
Own and lead the design process from hypothesis to implementation, championing user empathy throughout.
Interpret complex requirements, run workshops, and create prototypes to test quickly and learn fast.
Develop design standards, documentation, and processes to raise the bar across the team.
Bring energy and excitement to your work, while elevating the value of UX across the organisation.

What You Will Bring to the Ride

2+ years of experience in a product design role within a product-focused environment.
Experience with Lean UX and Agile methodologies.
A strong advocate for the user with skills in applying qualitative and quantitative data.
Collaborative, outcome-focused design mentality with an iterative approach.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate processes and present design reasoning.
Strong understanding of UX and interaction design across mobile and desktop.
Self-driven attitude, with a growth mindset and openness to critique.
Solid experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
Experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries or design systems.

Must-Haves

A portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth of design experience, including case studies.
Experience working in fast-paced product organisations.
