About the role

As a Product Designer at BJAK, you’ll design seamless, smart, and scalable experiences that reach millions of users. You’ll lead end-to-end product design—from early concepts to final UI—working closely with product managers and engineers to create solutions that are as delightful as they are impactful.

This role is ideal for someone who obsesses over clarity, simplicity, and designing for scale.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the design process for one or more product areas, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and solve problems. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs, running usability tests and iterating quickly based on feedback.

You’ll contribute to BJAK’s evolving design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms, and act as a user advocate—keeping customer needs at the heart of every design decision. You’ll collaborate remotely with a global team while staying connected to our core product and design hub in Malaysia.

Requirements

You have 3–5 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your best web and mobile work. You’re proficient in Figma and prototyping tools, familiar with user research and usability testing, and experienced working within agile product teams.

You have a solid grasp of layout, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction design fundamentals. Global candidates are welcome—BJAK supports fully remote work.
