The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer with a passion for intuitive design, a sharp aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of user experience. You’ll be part of our global UX Design team, collaborating across multiple product lines to transform ideas into meaningful user experiences.

This role is ideal for a creative problem solver who thrives in cross-functional teams and understands how to bridge design, data, and business goals into engaging, scalable product experiences.

What You’ll Do

Work within cross-functional teams alongside product managers, developers, UX researchers, and users to deliver innovative design solutions that drive business value.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure UX designs are conceptually strong, visually consistent, and aligned with Bynder’s design system.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to ensure design quality and consistency while evolving our design system.
Initiate and lead workshops, sketching sessions, and co-creation activities to define design directions collaboratively.
Plan and execute UX processes from discovery and concepting to interaction design and development.
Create user journeys, prototypes, and wireframes with strong attention to detail and usability.
Deliver polished UI designs and work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
Contribute to UX strategy and help define the future direction of Bynder’s platform.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer, with a track record of shipping multiple initiatives in an agile environment.
Proficiency in user-centered design and design thinking, from problem definition to prototype delivery.
Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to guide and validate design decisions.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning, and how they enhance design workflows.
Strong empathy for users and excellent problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of information architecture, design patterns, and interaction design.
Ability to balance creativity, consistency, and accessibility within design systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and receive feedback effectively.
System-thinking mindset, capable of breaking complex ideas into scalable, reusable components.
