Product Designer

CEEZER helps companies worldwide unlock climate action by transforming how enterprises reach net-zero through the voluntary carbon market and data-led insights. As a Product Designer, you’ll apply your skills to one of humanity’s biggest challenges: climate change. You’ll work closely with product, tech, and business stakeholders in a fast-moving, VC-funded startup.

Mission

You will take full ownership of the design process from insight and strategy to execution and implementation. You will think strategically about the product, connect high-level vision to detailed design decisions, and collaborate across teams to transform challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.

You will design elegant, user-centered solutions that address pain points, boost engagement, and accelerate growth. You will develop and enforce the design system, validate decisions through research and testing, and ensure the product sets industry standards by staying ahead of procurement UX and product design trends.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in modern product design is required. You should bring strong design, craft, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail, ensuring a coherent user experience. An ambitious and autonomous mindset is key, with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will need strong collaboration skills, motivation to succeed in a scaling company, and effective communication when presenting designs. Fluency in English and a valid working permit in Germany are essential.
