About the Product Experience team
The PX team is a diverse group of creative thinkers focused on solving large-scale design problems. As a Product Designer, you’ll influence the experience of products used by millions every day.
You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. While not a managerial position, this role expects leadership through craft and team mentorship.
Cloudflare is looking for a systems-thinking designer who’s excited to work on meaningful, complex challenges with real-world impact.
What you’ll do
You’ll create end-to-end experiences, breaking down complex problems into manageable design steps through research, prototyping, and collaboration. You’ll use Figma to design user interfaces and partner with PMs and engineers to explore technical trade-offs.
You'll run design reviews, shape design processes, and mentor peers. This role also involves sharing your decisions across the organisation and contributing to a strong design culture.
What they’re looking for
You should have at least 5 years of experience in UX or product design. Cloudflare values strong communication skills and a deep understanding of human-centred design.
While technical knowledge of network services or developer tools is a plus, what matters most is your ability to translate user needs into impactful product experiences. Case studies or portfolio links are encouraged in your application.
What makes Cloudflare special
Cloudflare is more than a tech company — it’s driven by a mission to protect and improve the open Internet. Through initiatives like Project Galileo, the Athenian Project, and the 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver, Cloudflare makes powerful tools available to journalists, civil organisations, and local governments at no cost.
The company is committed to privacy, transparency, and inclusion, with a diverse workplace culture and strong values. If you're ready to help shape the future of the Internet, Cloudflare wants to hear from you.
