About the Role

As a Product Designer III, you’ll join a global Product Design team, working closely with product managers, engineers, design architects, and producers to deliver world-class customer experiences. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to make high-level design decisions that shape the next generation of CrowdStrike products.

What You’ll Do

Build cross-team consensus to solve complex problems and align around business goals.
Partner with product management and engineering to execute on projects.
Scope project work and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product goals.
Champion design thinking and deliver end-to-end design solutions.
Promote the use of our design system for product consistency.
Produce high-quality creative solutions informed by research and goals.
Create user flows, specs, and prototypes for interfaces.
Use storytelling to highlight users and the problems being solved.
Organize content and expand components with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Promote collaboration and inclusive decision-making.
Provide input to teammates through reviews, documentation, and guidance.
Develop knowledge of CrowdStrike’s features and services to drive consistency.
Lead ideation activities to help define project scope.

Qualifications

Experience designing Enterprise SaaS products.
Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
Ability to design for user personas and end-to-end workflows, including research, journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
Experience across all areas of product design, including research and writing.

Preferred but not required: familiarity with cybersecurity, community-building or education, multi-platform design (web, desktop, mobile), engineering frameworks (Web Components, React, Ember), and Figma DevMode.
