What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience with Figma as a Product Designer
A portfolio of work (university, personal projects, or freelance — we care about your thinking process)
Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behaviour
The ability to take ownership rather than wait for instructions
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience with Atomic Design methodology
Curiosity, autonomy, and drive to grow fast
Strong accountability and ownership mindset
What You’ll Be Working On
End-to-end design process: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
Collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features
Turning complexity into clear, intuitive flows people love to use
Contributing to and evolving our design system for both quality and speed
Tracking performance of your designs in the real world and iterating further
