Product Designer

ElevenLabs is a growth-stage startup building advanced AI voice models and products such as text-to-speech, audiobook creation, dubbing, and a voice library. Since launching in January 2023, the platform has reached over one million users and partnered with global publishers, media companies, and gaming studios. Backed by leading names in tech and AI, ElevenLabs has recently completed its Series B funding and is scaling rapidly to become a generational product company and research lab.

The Role

The Design team is shaping the future of audio workflows using generative AI. As a Product Designer, you will explore new problem spaces such as voice cloning, multilingual content generation, and AI-driven sound design. You’ll craft user experiences that enable creators, publishers, and conversational AI companies to work in new and accessible ways.

You will collaborate with Engineering and AI Research to evolve and maintain high product design standards that showcase ElevenLabs as a leader in generative audio. This role requires an owner’s mindset, balancing short-term execution with long-term product vision, while working closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Work across the entire product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and onboarding.

Create innovative, user-focused designs that drive impact for customers and the business.

Partner with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints while maintaining a high design bar.

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across product, engineering, support, and growth to define, design, and launch features.

Communicate design decisions clearly and influence product outcomes.

Drive innovation by challenging the status quo and uniting the team around shared design goals.

What You Bring

You’re comfortable engaging with engineering, understanding technical trade-offs, and ensuring high-quality implementation.
