The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer II to play a key role in optimising our products and creating meaningful experiences for EV drivers and utility partners.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Design and collaborate across teams to craft thoughtful, intuitive designs that embody our brand promise. You’ll help shape not only the product but also our design culture and processes as we scale.
As a growing startup, we value curiosity, collaboration, and flexibility — so you’ll have opportunities to take ownership of projects that stretch beyond the standard job description.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to implementation, including research planning, aligning design with product strategy, and collecting user feedback.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to prioritise solutions and work with customer-facing teams to untangle complex experience challenges.
Use data and user insights to drive design decisions and influence product strategy.
Contribute to improving our design processes and ways of working across teams.
Help maintain and evolve our design system, including component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility standards.
What We’re Looking For
A user-centred mindset with experience leveraging feedback and data insights to inform decisions.
A track record of shipping well-crafted, impactful product features.
Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering, and proactive involvement in planning and strategy.
Organised, curious, and thoughtful in documenting your work.
Genuine passion for solving climate and clean energy challenges.
2–5 years of experience in product design, ideally in a B2C or B2B2C environment (mobile experience preferred).
Bonus: Experience with design tokens or maintaining design systems.
