Faculty is hiring a Product Designer to join their Applied AI team in London. This role is focused on creating intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible user experiences that support both users and strategic business goals.

About the Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll support projects across both public and private sectors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that improve user experience and performance. This role focuses heavily on UX, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration. You’ll be expected to balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring the design output is functional, accessible, and impactful.
You’ll also play a role in contributing to and helping scale Faculty’s design systems, and will work closely with engineers and product managers from concept through to final delivery.
What They’re Looking For
You’ll need at least three years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, ideally in B2B or data-heavy product environments. Strong UX skills are essential, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and usability testing. Experience working across the full product lifecycle is key.
You should be comfortable using Figma and applying UI design principles in practice. Communication and collaboration skills are vital, and you should enjoy working with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of accessibility standards is also expected.
