The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to take ownership of design within one of our product squads. You’ll be responsible for turning insights from real users into beautifully designed, intuitive products that delight millions of people worldwide.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead design projects from initial discovery through to final execution. Working alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers, you’ll help shape the user experience of our app and web platforms — both visually and strategically.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take full ownership of your work — from whiteboard sketches to polished, high-fidelity designs — ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, creating data-informed solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. You’ll lead initiatives focused on activation, engagement, and retention, and continuously explore new ways to elevate our user experience.

You’ll contribute to Fever’s broader design culture — helping refine processes, set design standards, and inspire your peers through your craft and creativity.

About You

You have proven experience designing for consumer-focused tech products, ideally across both mobile and web platforms. You bring strong visual design and UX skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating delightful, intuitive experiences. You’re comfortable collaborating with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and you know how to balance multiple perspectives to find the right solution.

You communicate clearly, contribute ideas confidently, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment. You’re fluent in English and confident presenting and defending your work. And, of course, you have a portfolio that showcases your design process and results — applications without one won’t be considered.
