Product Designer
Fospa
Fospha is an innovative marketing attribution platform for eCommerce brands. Having found strong product/market fit in the last two years, we’ve quickly become a market leader for measurement with numerous awards and rapid growth. We are the only business of our type to be a certified partner of Meta, TikTok, and Snap, and we work with some of the best-known eCommerce brands in the world to drive significant growth and value.
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team, contribute to a high-impact product, and work in an environment that values collaboration, curiosity, and strategic thinking.
The Role
As a Product Designer at Fospha, you will sit at the heart of our Product teams, working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success. You’ll own the design process end-to-end — from exploring problems and shaping ideas, to creating high-fidelity designs and seeing them through to production.
We’re looking for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, cares deeply about customers, and can connect design choices directly to business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate daily within Product teams to understand user needs, define requirements, and ship impactful solutions.
Conduct and participate in usability testing sessions with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs are intuitive and effective.
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and build a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.
Embrace new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the design workflow and explore innovative solutions.
Contribute to our design system, a custom version of Shopify’s Polaris, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Think commercially, connecting design choices to key performance indicators and business objectives.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Champion a user-centric mindset across the product and engineering organization.

A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, strategic thinking, and end-to-end design craft.

Energised by collaboration and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Clear communication skills, comfortable discussing design decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Commercially minded, balancing user needs with business goals and outcomes.
