Product Designer

GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. In partnership with PixPay in Europe and Acorns in the US, GoHenry (operating as Acorns Early in the US) now supports over six million members across five countries. Through a smart money app and debit card for kids and teens, we help young people build money skills in earning, saving, spending, and investing—preparing them for a financially confident future.

The Role

As part of the UK Product Design team, you’ll play a key role in shaping both the GoHenry and Acorns Early customer experience. You’ll be involved from ideation through to execution, helping to create intuitive and engaging tools that make managing money simple and enjoyable. Working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers, you’ll bring new features to life, refine existing experiences, and contribute to the design system that supports consistency across our platforms.

What You’ll Do

You’ll translate product goals and user needs into thoughtful design solutions that enhance the customer journey. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll design features that deliver measurable impact while advocating for user research and data-driven design decisions. You’ll participate in design reviews, present your work to stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of feedback and collaboration. Alongside your design work, you’ll support and evolve our design system to ensure scalability and consistency across products.

What You’ll Bring

You have more than four years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role, with a portfolio that demonstrates impactful, user-centered digital experiences. You’re highly skilled in Figma and confident in applying design principles across mobile and desktop platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and can present ideas persuasively to teams and stakeholders. You’re comfortable incorporating data and user research into your design process, running experiments, and refining solutions based on findings.
